This page explains how to request deletion of an account created in ATHENA Tarot y Astrología, Android package name com.agc.bwitch, developed and published on Google Play by 360GO.

Delete your account from the app

You can request account deletion from the account or settings section within ATHENA Tarot y Astrología.

Request deletion by email

You may also request account and associated-data deletion by emailing:

athenaapp.support@gmail.com

Include the following information:

• The email address associated with the account.
• Your username or display name, if available.
• A clear statement that you want the ATHENA account deleted.

We may request reasonable verification to confirm that the request was submitted by the account owner.

Recovery period

After deletion is requested, the account enters a recovery period of up to 30 days.

During this period, signing in again may cancel the deletion request and restore access to the account.

After the recovery period ends, the account and associated personal data are permanently deleted or anonymized.

Data deleted

The deletion process includes, where associated with the account:

• Account identifiers and authentication profile.
• Username, display name, profile image and biography.
• Birth and astrology information stored in the profile.
• Saved preferences, progress and feature-related account data.
• Notification tokens and notification preferences.
• User-provided content stored in connection with the account.
• Usage records that directly identify the account.

Data that may be retained

Limited information may be retained where necessary for:

• Compliance with legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
• Security, fraud prevention and abuse investigation.
• Handling disputes, refunds or purchase-related records.

Anonymous or aggregated analytics information that can no longer identify the user may also be retained.
